This policy covers www.robertsellsdaytona.com and its flood.robertsellsdaytona.com and homevalue.robertsellsdaytona.com pages. It explains what information the site collects, how it is used, who receives it, and the choices you have.
Who runs this site
This site is run by Robert Kirkland, REALTOR®, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate (SL3498393) with REMAX Signature, 3731 S. Nova Rd, Port Orange, FL 32129. Each Office Independently Owned and Operated. Questions about this policy: Robert@RobertSellsDaytona.com or 386-631-5107.
What the site collects
Information you type into a form. The home-valuation, foreclosure-options, relocation, worksheet and flood-cost forms ask for some of the following: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and anything you write in a message or choose from the form’s options (such as your timeline or what you need help with).
Information collected automatically.
- Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. It uses cookies.
- Google Ads conversion tracking records whether a visit that started from one of my Google ads led to a form being submitted. It uses cookies.
- Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from abuse. It processes your IP address and browser details to do that, and its Turnstile check on the forms helps tell people from spam bots. Some pages also use Cloudflare’s privacy-focused web analytics.
How it is used
- To answer your request: preparing a valuation or a flood-cost report, sending the worksheet you asked for, and following up by phone, text or email.
- To understand which pages and ads are useful, so the site can be improved.
- To keep spam and abuse off the forms.
- To meet legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations.
Calls, texts and email
When you submit a form, you agree to be contacted by Robert Kirkland, REMAX Signature, by call, text or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or ask me at any time to stop calling or emailing you.
Who receives your information
- REMAX Signature, my brokerage. Form submissions are delivered into the brokerage’s customer-relationship system so I can respond to you and keep a record of the inquiry.
- Service providers that run the site and deliver the forms: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (Analytics and Ads measurement), Zapier (delivers form submissions to the brokerage’s system) and, on some forms, an email-delivery service used as a backup.
- Anyone else only when you ask (for example, a lender or inspector you want an introduction to), or when the law requires it.
I do not sell your personal information.
Home search and other sites
The home-search pages are run by REMAX on robert-kirkland.remax.com and are covered by that site’s own privacy policy. This site also links to public sources such as FEMA and county websites; their privacy practices are their own.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics, and you can manage ad personalization in My Ad Center.
- To see, correct or delete the information you sent through this site, email Robert@RobertSellsDaytona.com. Some records may have to be kept to meet legal or brokerage requirements; if so, I’ll tell you which.
How long it is kept and how it is protected
Form information is kept as long as it is needed to respond to you and to meet legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements. The site and its forms use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No website or system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information such as account numbers or Social Security numbers through a form.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
